The Client is a small company from Norway where we manage a social media platform with over 10 million followers. It consists of two employees and we are now looking for extra help to plan and create content around the Microsoft Suite.The company was founded in 2022 by Jakob (23) and Johanne (24). They value honesty integrity and independence. We don’t believe in micromanaging each other and strive to give our future employee freedom to be creative within our projects.
About the Role:
Client is seeking a versatile and techsavvy Multimedia and Microsoft Suite Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel along with video editing ss and a keen understanding of social media. This role is flexible and designed to adapt with the successful candidate allowing for growth and specialization in areas of strength.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint creating a unique and engaging personality around each presentation.
Perform advanced functions and data ysis in Microsoft Excel contributing to the creation of competent courses related to the Microsoft Office Suite.
Manage create and enhance video content using editing software with the ability to use tools such as CapCut among others.
Support the ongoing work of the team by taking on tasks and projects that can be offloaded from management.
ist in the maintenance and growth of corporate social media accounts creating content that aligns with the company's branding.
Adapt to a variety of roles and responsibilities within the company molding into the role as needed and displaying flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with basic video editing; capability to produce polished professionalgrade video content.
Openness to using various tools and learning new software to perform required tasks
A solid foundation in PowerPoint best practices with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations.
Good knowledge of Excel functions with the ability to perform beyond basic tasks (expertise is not necessary but an advanced understanding is preferred).
