Were seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to manage the commercial and operational relationship for Sabre Travel Network in Saudi ArabiaRiyadh. The position requires a customercentric thought process as well as advanced sales ss.
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision responsible for interfacing with customers after sale
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
PostSale: resolving production scheduling shipping or invoicing problems; determining validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; and recognizing addon business opportunities
Provides account management service and consulting to existing new and conversion clients includes selling products/services/solutions to benefit the customer and increase productivity
Elish and manage an effective business relationship with customers/ociates via innovative strategies to maximize sales and/or bookings
Looking after out of base customers which required high level of mobilization and travel across KSA
Product positioning to internal and external customers
Elishes positive relationship and results in order to solidify renewal opportunities.
Any other duty igned by the Area/Country Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor degree required
Minimum 3 years related work experience
Good understanding of the travel distribution industry and/or IT
Experience with GDS
Experience in managing business relationships and driving growth with customers
Experience creating presentations and conducting webinars
Experience with presenting company story and products to a customer and measuring customer success
Experience in upselling products to customers and reaching sales goals
Experience with negotiating contracts/pricing
Strong time management multitasking and organizational ss
Strong communication ss (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal ss internal and external and ability to communicate at all levels.
ytical capability using MS office and Excel in particular
Fluency in English Native Arabic
