Job Description

Position Title: Technical Program Manager ServiceNow CMDB
Location: US Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Job Type: FullTime/Contract

About the Role:

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the endtoend implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB system for an Oil and Gas client. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management project management and the unique challenges of the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and external partners to ensure the project is delivered on time within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of the ServiceNow CMDB implementation project.
  • Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of the project.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients IT infrastructure and et management needs.
  • Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Participate in design workshops providing technical expertise and ensuring that the design aligns with business requirements.
  • Articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to key project stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to endusers and IT staff on the CMDB system.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the CMDB processes and data quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management with at least 3 years in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven experience in managing CMDB projects preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and ytical ss.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum odologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
