Operations Specialist
The istance Centre Executive is responsible for managing medical security and logistical requests from clients and subscribers. This role focuses on delivering highquality service through effective case management and empathetic support ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill istance requests in collaboration with medical and security professionals.
- Maintain a professional and caring attitude to exceed client expectations.
- Doent and manage all requests efficiently adhering to the principle of ist First Verify Later.
- Plan and coordinate services using internal resources and external contacts.
- Escalate cases as needed and communicate logistical arrangements to stakeholders.
- Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement and resolve service issues promptly.
- Prepare cases for billing and manage an allocated workload during shifts.

- Excellent customer service multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Resilience and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamworking ss.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Nativelevel Japanese.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Shift and Work Days:
- Shifts: (Daytime) 8:30 AM 8:30 PM or (Night) 8:00 PM 9:00 AM (candidates can choose).
- Work Days: 1315 days per month.
