Set up user devices with email accounts and various other software packages.
Install and configure appropriate software on a per user basis.
Maintain and improve local network performance.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems are kept updated.
Provide support to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Organize and schedule upgrades on user devices without disrupting workflow.
Perform troubleshooting to resolve network or computer related issues.
Maintain user accounts through Office 365.
Create modify and maintain user permissions on SharePoint.
Liaise with local IT vendors and ensure service levels are met.
Maintain printer and scanner functionality and liaise with vendors for any further
troubleshooting.
Responsible for submitting IT requests in Jira monitoring and tracking progress.
Gather user feedback and escalate critical issues to APAC and Global IT team promptly.
Execute other tasks as assigned.
Degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field.
Microsoft Windows Office 365 Azure SharePoint and Networking experience are essential.
23 years experience personally serving at a Help Desk or IT Support function.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Experience with Active Directory.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
