We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive App Feedback Coordinator to monitor and analyze user feedback and comments in the Android and iOS markets for our mobile application. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and possess strong analytical skills to gather insights and communicate customer issues effectively to the development team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and comments on the Android and iOS app stores focusing on customer experience and satisfaction
- Collect categorize and log user feedback identifying common themes and issues that arise from customer interactions
- Collaborate with the development team to relay customer insights and provide actionable feedback for app improvements
- Prepare regular reports summarizing user feedback trends issues and suggestions for enhancement
- Facilitate communication between users and the development team to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor applications to provide context for user feedback
- Assist in creating user surveys and gathering additional qualitative data as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer support product management or a related role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with app store platforms (Google Play App Store) and user feedback mechanisms
