Job Description

Experience Hire

Manage the end to end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management

Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.

Develop interview protocols by accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance and governance internally

Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the onboarding process.

Act as an business partner to guide and direct the stakeholders on hiring decisions by relevant market data & recruitment strategy

Graduate Recruitment

Longterm strategic planning for new graduate recruitment

Budget management recruitment progress management and current situation analysis to formulate the best strategies

Liaise with internal & external parties to enhance company branding for recruitment

Engage with students in campus and presenting at various campus recruitment events

Followup with candidates and offers during the selection process

Planning and implementing events for talent pool formation and followup with offer recipients

Development of recruitment plans in collaboration with career centers and job media

Improvement of the selection process and recruitment activities

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Experience of managing the recruitment process endtoend
  • Preferably 5 years of experience within the construction industry (Agency/Inhouse)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
