Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business operations financial performance strategic planning and fostering growth while ensuring that all departments meet operational goals and provide quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial performance of the organization including budgeting financial planning and reporting.
Ensure efficient business operations and the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure highquality patient care while maintaining cost efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth profitability and sustainability.
Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the organizations success and address areas for improvement.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers regulatory bodies and partners.
Lead and mentor administrative staff ensuring continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations policies and standards.
Identify business opportunities and recommend new services or improvements to existing offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field.
A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record in financial management operations and business development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
