As an Advertisers Support you will support Facebook and Instagram advertisers helping them to grow in an innovative and fastpaced environment. Your main purpose is to improve the Facebook advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues reporting bugs guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features. You will assist customers after they buy ads placements or use Facebook/Instagram products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone.
- Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner both in Turkish and English;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Turkish Native or C2 level.
- English C1 level.
What we offer:
- Compensation: up to 1400 euros gross per month (including base salary Christmas allowance Holiday allowance and Meal allowance).
- Apartment Benefit (benefitinkind). If you live in the apartment provided by the company the benefit amount will appear in your payslip.
- Health Insurance since day one of Employment Contract.
- Training 15 working days.
- Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday between 07:00 am and 00:00.
