Job Description

Our client is a leading fashion product manufacturing company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Responsible for planning and executing product development projects.
- Regularly work with and communicate with customers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product development data.
- Able to use the customers relevant systems to send information and product development documents such as BOM systems testing etc.
- Responsible for monitoring and summarizing the progress of customer product development projects at specific points in time.
- Based on the pricing rules set by the department conduct pricing discuss with customers to confirm the cost of orders and prepare profit analysis tables.
- Based on the sales policy developed by the department summarize the income and expenses and development costs for each project by stage.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints propose improvement and preventive measures to establish longterm and stable customer relationships.
- Guide the work for sales specialists/assistants support the team in negotiating with customers and resolving issues that arise during project implementation.
- Monitor and supervise orders. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure correct production schedule and delivery to customers.
- Other tasks as required by the Sales Director or Senior Sales Director.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in related fields such as garment engineering English or other relevant majors.
- Computer skills: proficient in Word Excel PPT and ERP software.
- Experience: 5 years of sales experience.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (all four skills).
- Good communication skills strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a team.
