Job Title: Director Of Marketing B2B SaaS and US based clients (overlap with EST time)
Location: Remote
Work Experience (years) : 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing AND experience working with US or Europebased clients or companies for at least 2 years.
Budget : 25k USD annual salary
As the Director of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with handson experience in B2B SaaS marketing including product marketing demand generation and partner/channel marketing. You will be responsible for leading the marketing team overseeing various marketing functions and driving campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Product Marketing: Oversee product positioning messaging and gotomarket strategies to communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Demand Generation: Manage and optimize MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) processes to ensure a steady pipeline of highquality leads.
- Partner & Channel Marketing: Build and nurture relationships with partners and channels to expand market reach and drive collaborative growth.
- Direct Marketing: Execute direct marketing campaigns including email content and social media to engage prospects and customers.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute trip campaigns webinars and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective of marketing plans.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in product marketing MQL management and partner/channel marketing.
- Client Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with US or Europebased clients or companies for at least 2 years.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in product marketing and direct marketing.
- Experience in managing and executing trip campaigns and webinars.
- Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams.
- Strategic mindset with handson capabilities.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to partially overlap with EST time (approx. half a day) to collaborate with international teams and clients.
