About the Client:
Our client is an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients in the BFS/Cards & Payments sector.
- Understand each client s business goals and IT requirements developing strategies to align services with their needs.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services within the assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales delivery and technical groups to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor offering strategic insights on technology trends industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues within accounts working swiftly to mitigate them.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Stay informed about industry developments competitive trends and emerging technologies to continually provide value to client engagements.
- Travel to client locations as necessary to build relationships understand client operations and identify further collaboration opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT services industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in account or client relationship management within the IT services sector.
- Proven success in managing large accounts especially in BFSI (GCC)
- Indepth knowledge of IT services including software development (e.g. SAP Salesforce) cloud solutions digital transformation and managed services.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willing to travel to client locations as required.
