Job Description
Must have:
- Preferred GDPR Certifications
- Must be in client facing role especially Indian Clients
- Have handled RFPs involved in Goto market strategies
- Ideal Candidate will be from consulting . professional services setup
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and maintain a team of data protection and privacy professionals.
2. Lead the Firms gotomarket strategies respond to RFPs maintain and expand relationships at existing / new clients.
3. Lead calls with clients on project status and reviews / exhibiting the Firms capabilities in the privacy space.
4. Actively contribute to Firms initiatives and activities such as publishing thought leaderships creating and delivering training courses related to privacy.
5. Indepth understanding of several privacy regulations / acts such as GDPR CCPA DPDPA PDPA PIPEDA PDPL NIST frameworks etc. and the ability to translate requirements from these regulations / acts into contractual requirements technology requirements and controls which clients can implement.
6. Experience in implementing / operating privacy tools such as OneTrust Securit.ai etc.
7. Good understanding of other cyber security tools such as DLP CASB etc.
8. Experience in designing and executing data protection and privacy programs for organizations.
9. Evaluate and assess clients existing data protection and privacy practices to suggest insights and actionable recommendations to improve their programs.
10. Conducting data privacy and protection audits.
11. Extensive experience in conducting and drafting: DPIA RoPA DFDs using Viso Privacy Trainings TOMs Data inventory identification Applicable policies / procedures documents.
12. Ensuring expected work product quality standards are achieved and maintained.
13. Support guide and address queries of team members across projects.
14. Keep track of project progress and proactively take remedial action and coordinate / manage client / stakeholder expectations.
