Job Description
- Supporting team in key M&A deliverables like Memorandum drafting management presentation drafting valuation papers preparation of pitch materials.
- Prepare documentation for NCLTA hearings and representations.
- Perform industry &company focused research. Maintain data controls of research papers and conduct hygiene checks on regular intervals.
- Research & scrutinize all aspects of the assignment with the team
- Understand the basic technical issues during reviewing assignment and bring discrepancies / additional data requirements to the attention of the team
