- Source 2030 resumes / Req allotted to them.
- Use all media / portals to drain as much resumes to get this done.
- Post jobs in all online medias available.

Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Junior Recruiter at BiznezBee India Pvt Ltd located in Chennai. As a Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates conducting phone and inperson interviews and assisting with hiring decisions. You will also be responsible for managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases.
Qualifications
- You will be provided with basic training on US staffing to start.
- Knowledge of HR recruitment and selection processes
- Ability to understand a requirement and source resumes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelors degree in HRM Psychology Business Administration or related field
