Key Responsibilities:
- Booking Management: Handle room or service reservations via phone email or online platforms.
- Guest Assistance: Respond promptly to inquiries provide information about availability rates and packages and address guest concerns or requests.
- System Updates: Input and update reservations in the system ensuring accuracy in guest details and booking preferences.
- Coordination: Communicate special requests to relevant departments (e.g. housekeeping front desk).
- Upselling: Promote additional services upgrades or offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Reporting: Maintain records of reservations and prepare daily or periodic occupancy reports.
