Role Overview:

The General Manager (Sales & Operations) will play a key leadership role in driving business growth overseeing daytoday operations and ensuring smooth coordination between sales operations and customer service functions. The candidate will be instrumental in strategizing and delivering the companys sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and key accounts.

    • Identify new business opportunities in the real estate and refractory industry.

    • Monitor sales team performance provide guidance and ensure targets are met.

  2. Operational Management:

    • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness.

    • Optimize operational processes resources and workflows for improved productivity.

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operations with sales goals.

    • Monitor and manage inventory logistics and supply chain processes as needed.

  3. Strategic Planning:

    • Analyze market trends competitors and industry data to make informed decisions.

    • Develop longterm business plans and align sales and operational strategies accordingly.

    • Ensure profitability by optimizing expenses and managing budgets effectively.

  4. Team Management:

    • Lead train and mentor the sales and operations team to achieve peak performance.

    • Conduct periodic team reviews performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback.

  5. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track sales operational KPIs and financial metrics to evaluate progress.

    • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management for strategic planning.

Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience in Sales and Operations Management in the real estate and refractory industry.

  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategies for business growth.

  • Sound knowledge of sales processes operations optimization and financial planning.

  • Strong problemsolving negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management Operations or related fields.

  • MBA/PGDM is preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and operations roles.
