Overview:
The Strategic Senior HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in leading talent acquisition and engagement strategies for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead fullcycle recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and engagement plans aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and execute effective onboarding processes to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve the quality of hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct periodic talent assessments and provide recommendations for talent development and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a senior HR recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing successful recruitment and engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience in managing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
