Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology management strategies aligned with the healthcare organizations objectives.
• Lead and supervise the technology management team providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Oversee the planning and of technology projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements for technology services and products.
• Assess and recommend technology solutions to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce technology policies procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct technology risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard data and system integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to understand technology needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies advocating for their integration to improve healthcare services.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on technology performance initiatives and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and growth strategies.
• Develop and manage the technology management budget optimizing resource allocation and costefficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to technology management in healthcare.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance in technology operations and services.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Information Technology Business Management or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) in healthcare technology management with increasing responsibility and leadership oversight.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations clinical workflows and electronic health records systems.
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure medical equipment and software applications utilized in healthcare settings.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of complex technology solutions.
• Expertise in budgeting financial analysis and resource allocation for technology initiatives.
• Indepth understanding of healthcare compliance regulations privacy laws and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical audiences.
• Relevant certifications in technology management healthcare informatics or project management.
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external vendors to achieve technology goals.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced healthcare environment promoting innovation and adaptability.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities to address technology challenges and optimize performance.
