Primary Roles Responsibilities:
1) Strategically implementing new high efficiency methods to improve overall Institutional sales and quality.
2) Provide leadership to the sales teams under respective states in acquiring higher education institutes with high quality strategic plans
3) Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
4) Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
5) Meet potential clients by growing maintaining and leveraging your network.
6) Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
7) Research and build relationships with new clients.
8) Set up meetings between client decision makers and company s practice leaders/Principals.
9) Plan approaches and pitches.
10) Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client s needs concerns and objectives.
11) Participate in pricing the solution/service.
12) Handle objections by clarifying emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
13) Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
14) Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
15) Client Retention Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
16) Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
17) Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
18) Oversee delivery implement new high efficiency methods handle institute escalations and drive new initiatives.
19) Involve substantial analytics projections and estimation.
20) Analytically driven resource and process planning.
21) High quality delivery with cost control.
22) Data Analytics Monitor Compliance audit business sales report implement new initiatives end to end reporting to top management with execution and efficiency MIS Requirements.
23)Manage a team and individually contribute towards organization success.
24) Making individual outbound calls to mid/seniorlevel B2B clients Domestic and International.
Secondary Roles Responsibilities:
1) Interface with internal product team with suggestions and getting new features implemented necessary for delivery.
2) Meet with clients and management to create a sales campaign.
3) Stay current on the latest research data and sales trends.
4) Work with marketing and logistics to achieve results.
5) Ensure sales strategies are followed.
6) Identifying the training needs of the team members related to sales analytical skills & target management skills.
7) Coordinate & periodically connect with peer to understand and fulfil their function level challenges & to provide guidance.
8) Ensure the legal and statutory requirements are met.
9)Ensure that the hierarchy is being informed of the clients requirements & teams concerns & other relevant concerns.
