Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Management: Oversee the endtoend process of creating and delivering proposals including bid planning pricing risk reviews solution design and technical documentation.
  • Proposal Development: Manage proposals ranging from small deals to large complex multimilliondollar turnkey projects including partnerships with third parties.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a global team of 15 Commercial Managers ensuring workload distribution and alignment with business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales Finance Legal Product and Service teams to develop strategies ensure compliance and deliver winning proposals.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in customer negotiations on technical commercial and functional aspects of deals.
  • Process Improvement: Implement consistent tools processes and methodologies while simplifying workflows using Lean principles.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure proposals meet pricing terms and compliance guidelines; manage KPIs to track proposal volume and quality.
  • PostDeal Handover: Coordinate seamless transitions to project execution teams for smooth contract delivery.
Desired Skills & Characteristics:
  • Strong communication leadership and problemsolving abilities.
  • Skilled in Lean principles like VSM and process mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data management expertise.
  • Proven ability to execute plans prioritize tasks and drive results in fastpaced environments.
  • Experienced in managing crossfunctional teams and navigating complex negotiations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • 12 years of experience in deal management commercial operations finance or revenue operations.
