HR Administration Specialist

Tasks:

Data Management within Zoho Recruit

Overlooking the operational procedures and ensuring smooth operations

Calendar Management Interview coordination and internal meetings

Revising CVs to ensure they meet our quality standards

Publishing job ads across various platforms to attract top talent

Creating Onboardingmaterial and growing your Adminteam

Building and handling the Customer Care for our Freelanceplattform

General Assistance and projectwork

Requirements

Exceptional German & English language skills are essential

Several years of experience in HR Administration ideally in a Startup environment

Experience with Zoho Recruit is obligatory

We value a independent proactive approach to work whereby you are used to take over responsibility

Systematic precise and forwardthinking
