Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning executing and optimising paid campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will closely monitor campaign performance ensuring key KPIs and ROI goals are achieved. This position requires collaboration with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are consistently met.
Utilize data to drive optimisation and perform A/B testing for ad creatives and audience targeting.
Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize ROAS CPA and other key performance metrics.
Develop and finetune audience targeting strategies for both customer acquisition and retention.
Work closely with design and content teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and improve campaign performance.
Provide detailed reports on campaign performance offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
34 years of experience in performance marketing including handson management of Google Ads Facebook Ads and other platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and other ad management platforms.
Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPA CTR ROAS and LTV.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to extract and present valuable campaign insights.
Experience in A/B testing and optimising landing pages and ad creatives for better performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
High attention to detail to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and continuously adapt strategies.
