Job Description
- Design development and execution of performance testing strategies and plans using JMeter LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
- Develop comprehensive performance test plans and scripts to validate system scalability stability and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to define performance testing requirements and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze performance test results and provide insights identifying potential bottlenecks and root causes of performance issues.
- Generate and interpret performance metrics benchmarks and KPIs to recommend system improvements and optimizations.
- Mentor and guide junior performance test engineers providing handson support and ensuring best practices in testing.
- Create detailed documentation including performance test reports analysis and recommendations for system improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and project timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends tools and best practices in performance engineering and testing.
