Job Description

Are you passionate about sales love building relationships and eager to drive growth Our client a leader in outsourced inside sales partner enablement and customer success is searching for a Germanspeaking Sales Growth Specialist to join their Dublinbased team.

Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office after initial training)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonus

What You ll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Identify and create salesqualified opportunities helping prospects understand how our product can transform their business.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Proactively discover new opportunities using stateoftheart technology and creative strategies.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and seamlessly pass them over to Account Executives for closing.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate impactful longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Stay on top of daily weekly and monthly performance metrics ensuring steady progress.
  • MultiChannel Engagement: Engage potential clients through diverse channels like phone email and LinkedIn.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently hit and exceed sales goals contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Product Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate of the company s product and services assessing the perfect fit for both parties.
  • Product Expertise: Quickly become an expert in the company s offerings staying informed about the latest updates and services.


What You Bring:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Passion: A burning desire to excel in sales and build a successful career in the field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B/Business Development Representative roles especially within SaaS environments.
  • TechSavvy: Experience with Salesforce is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset open to feedback and eager for continuous improvement.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage details effectively.
