Key Responsibilities:
- Provide toptier customer support to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Escalate issues as necessary while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
- Log and manage customer interactions within internal systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1 level or higher).
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
