- Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects and seamlessly pass them over to Account Executives for closing.

- Performance Tracking: Stay on top of daily weekly and monthly performance metrics ensuring steady progress.
- MultiChannel Engagement: Engage potential clients through diverse channels like phone email and LinkedIn.
- Sales Goals: Consistently hit and exceed sales goals contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Product Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate of the company s product and services assessing the perfect fit for both parties.
- Product Expertise: Quickly become an expert in the company s offerings staying informed about the latest updates and services.
What You Bring:
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Passion: A burning desire to excel in sales and build a successful career in the field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B/Business Development Representative roles especially within SaaS environments.
- TechSavvy: Experience with Salesforce is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Mindset: A growth mindset open to feedback and eager for continuous improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage details effectively.
