Operations Specialist
Our client a US healthcare provider is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage a variety of assistance requests from clients and subscribers. This role involves delivering highquality service through effective case management and collaboration with medical and security specialists.
THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF JAPAN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in operations and logistics to handle medical security and logistical assistance requests.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
- Respond to all requests promptly and professionally following the Assist First Verify Later principle.
- Document and coordinate service delivery internally and with external partners.
- Escalate cases as needed and manage logistical arrangements efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive billing information and secure payment before service delivery to nonclients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Skills: Operations and logistics multitasking customer service resilience attention to detail situational awareness communication teamwork and IT literacy.
- Education: High school diploma required; tertiary education preferred.
- Languages: Excellent English and nativelevel Japanese; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience: 12 years in logistics and customer service; experience in healthcare or call center environments is advantageous.
