Sales Team &DSP
The mission of this position is to create an environment where members of the Sales Team can focus on their respective missions. The main responsibilities of this position are to support and enhance the performance of the team responsible for artist & label relations DSP relations and copyright management. This involves streamlining administrative processes within the team acting as a liaison between various units and contributing to a wide range of tasks from defining business requirements to operational support.

Annual Salary:JPY The above amount is indicative. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and ability. Evaluation will be comprehensive taking into account skills knowledge practical execution ability and communication skills.
Hours: Flextime system
8 hours a day with a core time from 12:00 16:00 JST
2 days off per week (weekends) as well as national holidays yearend and New Year holidays etc.
5 days of paid holidays upon joining the company (can be taken in halfday or oneday increments)

Child nursing care leave nursing care leave (with pay and conditions)
Other special leave may be granted depending on the situation
Probation: 3 months
