You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Manager Renewal Management APJ your main objective is to drive allsoftware maintenance and subscription renewals sales. You will be workingin close partnership withvariousinternalteamsand/or ChannelPartners toidentify the list of projects that will expire in the upcoming months and start the process to renew them.
Manage a designated region supporting both direct and partnerled customers.
Contribute to forecasting maintaining a 6month rolling forecast covering the current and next quarter.
Ability to price increases and negotiate to minimize discounts and protect existing ARR.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ARR protection and create optimal customer offerings.
Identify and escalate potential churn risks taking remedial actions as necessary.
Meet annual and quarterly renewal targets for the assigned region.
Follow up with customers and partners on quotations ensuring customer Renewal Readiness.
Own drive and manage the software subscription renewals process to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Prepare and deliver renewal quotes for maintenance contracts defending against competitive pressures.
Build trusted relationships with customers providing additional points of access to accounts.
Articulate the value proposition and importance of uptodate support.
Manage a high volume of engagements and transactions concurrently.
Ensure data integrity in customer systems.
Support the extended sales team in complex and crossregional deals including coteaming and multiple contracts.
Present the value proposition of CyberArk support effectively to customers.

Qualifications :
Ideally6years of renewals experience in Enterprise Software space
Experience managing renewals in a Saas environment
Prior experience of managing volume and working with incountry channel partners
Discipline in managing time and monitoring results
Proven track record of successininside sales
KnowledgeofCRM software (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to multitask and prioritise while achievingsales quota
High EnergySelfMotivated and persistent
Works well in a matrix organization
Creative problemsolving strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take the initiative
Excellent written and phone communications skills while leveraging IT and communication tools
