Regional Sales Manager

NOK Human capital is hiring Regional sales manager for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa

Location:Upper Egypt & New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute duties among the sales team set sales goals for each group review performance and ensure high professional standards while implementing sales plans to achieve required objectives.

Monitor sales figures analyze deviations from planned targets and prepare periodic reports on sales activities for each product.

Allocate sales areas to each manager and determine sales volume expectations.

Investigate customer issues develop solutions and monitor implementation to ensure satisfaction and prevent future complaints.

Oversee contract implementation with clients and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment.

Monitor collection processes and intervene to resolve any defaults as necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

MBA is plus

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
