KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. FIXEDASSETS AUDIT AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT INVENTORY
- Conducts regular fixed assets inventory including annual audit with Accounting and Internal Audit.
- Handles fixedassets/tagging and other employees accountability.
- Ensure proper archiving for Warranty Certificate for all IT related items.
- Request PC Assesstment from I.T for PC Refresh Program
- Coordinating to I.T for service report of defective fixed asset & to SCM for the scrap buyer of for disposal
- Provide complete New Hire equipment including delivery.
- Handles all inquiries and requests in relation to IT and nonIT related items.
- Declaration of Asset for Insurance.
- Monitor and manage rental printer and purchase.
2. BILLINGS
- Receive validate and process billings for purchased assets. (Printer Laptop Desktop Cabinets Chairs etc.)
- Prepares Material Receiving Memo (MRM) or GRN as attachment to RFP preparation
- Ensure ontime payments to suppliers
- Confirm and verify payment collection with accounting department.
