Job Description

Position Title: Admin Assistant
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM PHT (11:30 AM 8:30 PM AEST)
(8:30 PM 5:30 AM EST)
Salary: Php 30000..00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as Admin Assistant would be:
Manage the client s CRM such as organizing and updating database records reports and other administrative files.
Daily monitoring and management of all incoming and outgoing communications.
Conduct online research and data collection as needed.
Assist in managing HubSpot weekly maintenance
Maintain and update databases ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
Process invoices and direct debit forms.
Support the US and AU team as required.
Enter expenses and income into the accounting software system.
Assist with projects and other related tasks or duties as requested.
Ensure confidentiality of information and documents.
Other administrative and clerical tasks.


Qualifications as Admin Assistant:
A minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience and track record as an Admin Assistant Personal Assistant or similar administrative support role is required.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Great at spreadsheets and quoting for client s business.
Basic knowledge/experience of bookkeeping.
Handson experience with CRM (HubSpot) and office management systems.
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Tech savvy versatile and has strong phone email and instant messaging communication skills.
Excellent conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Flexibility to work between US and Australian time zones
