Position Title: Admin & Sales Support

Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: 7am 4pm PHT / 6am 3pm during DST

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN AND SALES SUPPORT
Responsibilities as an Admin And Sales Support:
Book jobs (Installs and Service Work) using jobs management system.
Support technicians out in the field. (Ordering Stock producing reports)
Keep data spoton by making sure all key details are captured in both client and job database.
Administer client monitoring data and generate service calls accordingly.
Support larger projects with OHS Asbuilt and Project Specific Documentation.
Support Clients Asset Management Data.
Handle job inquiries and generate basic estimates and quotes.
Extract key information for Security Technicians in Client Faults/Requirements.
Order and manage security credentials on behalf of clients.
Assist the internal sales team by providing uptodate information on job status and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize jobs based on customer needs and business goals.
Assist in managing customer inquiries related to bookings and service.
Maintain and update process documentation to ensure all workflows are clearly outlined and followed.
Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling content monitoring engagement responding to comments/messages and tracking performance metrics.
Qualifications as an Admin and Sales Support:
Background in security electronics is not required it would be beneficial. Training will be provided.
Basic networking understanding would be beneficial.
Proficiency with ServiceM8 or similar job management tools
Proven experience in an administrative or internal sales role with a background in security electronics.
A keen eye for details and topnotch organisational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficiency with job management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic tech support skills and familiarity with TeamViewer.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
