Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Source and interview candidates across various channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings and onboarding.
- Promote employer branding through initiatives and events.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum 46 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Exhibits a high level of diligence and dedication.
- Maintains a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
