As an Assistant IT Manager you will oversee and maintain the hotels IT operations to ensure the seamless functionality of networks software applications hardware and security systems. This role includes providing daily technical support to hotel staff by troubleshooting hardware software and network issues as well as responding to guest ITrelated requests such as WiFi connectivity and inroom technology needs. You will also document IT procedures system configurations and troubleshooting steps and assist in preparing user guides and training materials for staff and guests.

Qualifications :
23 years of experience in IT support system administration or a similar role ideally within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) especially OPERA Cloud as well as network and server management and guest service technologies.
A forwardthinking mindset with the ability to identify and recommend technological improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff assist guests and liaise with vendors.
A detailoriented and solutiondriven approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
