We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Pa Tong Thailand. As the F&B Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability while maintaining highquality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of F&B staff fostering a collaborative and customerfocused environment
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants bars and banquet facilities
- Analyze financial performance and implement costcontrol measures to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that align with current trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory supplier relationships and purchasing processes to maintain efficient operations
- Respond to and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Organize and oversee special events promotions and F&Brelated activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage management preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L analysis and budget management
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Thai is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g. Opera Silverware) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning cost control and inventory management
- Understanding of relevant health safety and sanitation regulations
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Innovative mindset with the ability to implement creative F&B concepts and promotions
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse international environment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings weekends and holidays as required
