Job Title: IT Incident Manager (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the incident management process to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders during incidents.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents root causes and corrective actions.
- Monitor incident trends and develop plans to mitigate future risks.
- Provide leadership during major incidents ensuring effective incident escalation and resolution.
- Collaborate with problem management teams to identify longterm solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the incident management process.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in IT incident management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).
- Experience working with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA).
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management and incident reporting.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
