IT Incident Manager

Job Title: IT Incident Manager (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the incident management process to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders during incidents.
• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor incident trends and develop plans to mitigate future risks.
• Provide leadership during major incidents ensuring effective incident escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate with problem management teams to identify longterm solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the incident management process.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT incident management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).
• Experience working with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA).
• Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Experience in stakeholder management and incident reporting.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
