Job Description
Job Title: IT Asset Manager (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT asset management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware software and licensing management.
- Experience with IT asset management tools and systems (e.g. ServiceNow Lansweeper).
- Proven experience in procurement lifecycle management and asset inventory control.
- Experience with contract management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong understanding of compliance audit standards and regulatory requirements related to IT assets.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting for asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification (e.g. Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and asset management software.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and departments to ensure efficient asset management processes.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
