Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple IT projects ensuring that they meet the defined scope schedule and budget.
• Maintain regular communication with executivelevel stakeholders providing updates on project progress risks and outcomes.
• Lead COTS software implementation or inhouse software development projects using SDLC methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project tracking timelines deliverables and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with State Federal or Local government agencies and manage projects related to healthcare Medicaid or Medicare systems.
• Provide detailed project reports to the Project Management Office tracking project performance risks budget and milestones.
• Adhere to industrystandard project management practices and methodologies while ensuring continuous improvements.
• Manage project teams assign roles and ensure collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on project costs ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Managing multiple IT projects with weekly communication and interaction with executivelevel stakeholders. Must include the type of interaction executives titles (e.g. CIO CTO) and the frequency of communication.
• Managing COTS software implementations or inhouse application development projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Experience working with State Federal or Local government agencies.
• Managing projects using industrystandard methodologies and reporting into a formal PMO including project schedule and budget tracking.
• Working on IT projects within the healthcare industry specifically related to Medicaid or Medicare systems.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
