Job Title: IT Training (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates for IT training roles.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific training needs and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or related field with a focus on training roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT training programs technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and training capabilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
