Job Title: IT Training (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates for IT training roles.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific training needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment or related field with a focus on training roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT training programs technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess technical skills and training capabilities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
