Job Description
Required:
- 7 years experience
- 23 years recent handson experience with Windows/Linux.
- 5 years recent handson on ServiceNow & JIRA ticketing system.
- 5 years of experience with MS Office suite (especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
- Must be available to work after hours as needed to support system changes.
- Able to lift heavy workstations and monitors.
- Must be available to do OT (Overtime) when required.
- Must be available to work overnight on the third shift.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Customeroriented attitude.
- Fastpaced highpressure environment.
- Highly motivated energetic with great communication skills
Desired:
- LINUX Scripting and Java experience.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or Technical Certificate required or work experience equivalent to bachelors degree
