Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone email and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software hardware and network issues.
- Provide support for Windows and Mac operating systems Microsoft Office Suite and other enterprise applications.
- Assist with user account management including password resets and access requests.
- Escalate complex issues to second and thirdline support teams when necessary.
- Document IT support requests resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Support IT asset management by tracking hardware and software inventory.
- Assist in IT projects including software rollouts and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach in all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory Office 365 and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customeroriented approach with a focus on delivering highquality service.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
