Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a solid understanding of HR best practices and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide employee development support.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle payroll benefits and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR systems efficiently.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
