Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide employee development support.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle payroll benefits and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR systems efficiently.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
