Raya Workforce LLC a leading business consulting and services firm specializing in USA NonIT staffing solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. Based in Madhapur Hyderabad this hybrid role will focus on overseeing all aspects of human resources operations including talent acquisition employee engagement compliance and performance management.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business growth and employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing endtoend recruitment processes for the Hyderabad office ensuring the hiring of skilled professionals aligned with business goals.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide hiring solutions.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Conducting regular feedback sessions employee satisfaction surveys and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Designing updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Ensuring the organization meets all statutory requirements and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Overseeing the performance appraisal process ensuring timely and constructive feedback to employees.
- Identifying training and development needs and facilitating learning opportunities to support employee growth.
- Maintaining HR databases payroll records and other administrative functions.
- Addressing and resolving employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Supporting organizational development through workforce planning succession planning and talent management.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in HR management preferably within the staffing or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR software and tools such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in the USA staffing or consulting industry is highly desirable.
- Expertise in creating and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
