We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to streamline various HR functions such as staffing compensation engagement training & development and more.
Responsibilities:
Taking complete ownership of the employee life cycle from sourcing to exit in coordination with the department directors.
Lead and coordinate onboarding & induction for new hires process probationary feedback and manage employee evaluations and terminations.
Develop and update organization policies based on the companys values and ensure employee adherence to the same.
Plan and manage employee engagement activities.
Plan and execute the employees annual appraisal procedures.
Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates.
Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
Analyze monthend attendance data for salary calculation.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
Monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skills & Qualification:
1. 45 years of working experience as an HR Generalist.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient in using Zoho People & Zoho Recruit or other similar HRMS and ATS tools.
4. Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
5. Understanding of HR functions & best practices.
