Job Description Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Assistant Manager / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on transaction structuring corporate restructuring and tax due diligence.
- Manage transaction tax compliance (TDS Form 15CA/CB Form FCGPR etc.).
- Prepare tax opinions memos and research on complex domestic and international tax issues.
- Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.
- Supervise train and mentor team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax Companies Act FEMA and SEBI regulations.
- Experience in transaction tax M&A and direct tax due diligence.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
