Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join a leading Logistic company with a PANIndia presence and a global network. The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle customer support shipment coordination and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support : Provide excellent service to customers and stakeholders addressing queries and ensuring smooth shipment handling.
- Shipment Coordination: Provide shipment quotes set up shipments as per customer needs and manage booking processes.
- Documentation Handling: Prepare and send required documents such as prealerts manifests arrival notices and forwarding instructions.
- Shipment Updates: Keep customers informed about shipment status onboard details and any updates related to their cargo.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Email Correspondence: Handle all shipmentrelated communication through email ensuring clarity and timely responses.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) for documentation and communication.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to handle customer queries and resolve shipmentrelated issues efficiently.
