Job Description
As a Senior Programmatic Manager using your existing ad operations and marketing skills you will help develop major client accounts.
This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year and youll have the opportunity to affect our success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms striving to refine tactics for our clients.
- The Senior Programmatic Manager will develop insights to inform our clients strategies.
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients through written phone and in person communication.
- You will collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
- You will engage deal economics media allocation and advertiser investment decisions.
- Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
- Knowledge of display advertising specifically realtime bidding ad networks demand site platforms attribution models and associated technologies specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
- Experience with numerical detail and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills are essential Macros & SQL capabilities
- Business writing skills and ability to produce highquality documents
- Demonstrate a structured way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills specifically listening consulting and influencing
- Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Youll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- Analytics & Reporting Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Team Collaboration Youll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- Adaptability Youre good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
