Delivery and amp; Resource Manager
- WFO Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
- 5 to 7 years of experience
Also for the process of Interview and nbsp;
and nbsp;Round 1 Online Gmeet video call 15 mins
Round 2 In office Technical round and nbsp;
Round 3 In office CTO round
Delivery and amp; Resource Manager
We are looking for someone who has strong experience building leading and coaching team
Lead client implementation service delivery providing management and oversight of implementation projects and staffing including project assignments capacity planning and project profitability.
Work with the team using Agile practices
Make decisions build v/s byte for tools to increase team productivity and lower costs
Lead the project from the client side and well represent the company
Lead the requirements gathering and convert the business needs into a solution
Ensure that projects are delivered on time with high quality with system design coding standards code review and meets customer expectations.
Create a work plan for your team members and allocate upcoming work.
Delegate and follow up the tasks and set committed deadlines.
Be engaged with the team and help out if they are facing issues.
Manage to keep the team updated with new technologies and techniques
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Liaison with clients for work coordination and get their feedback
Present Team Status to Senior Management on a regular basis.

Revert to RFPs and technical questionnaire from customers
Coordinate for devops. Suggest changes in processes and systems to govern the same.
Job Requirements
At least 5 7 years in technology companies with experience demonstrating leadership experience and project management
Prefer some experience in a software professional services environment;
Strong operational management project management consulting technology process improvement and building team
Excellent programing skills in Java Struts Hibernate JavaScript React JS Native React Databases DevOps Cloud and software architect skills
Excellent BA skills
Excellent QA skills
Excellent communication skills internally and client facing
Proven experience in web and mobile development
